Zhenhai Intelligent is honored to hire Professor Huang Shisheng as the Chief Consultant of Zhenhai Intelligent Company, to lead the joint underwater manufacturing technology laboratory jointly established by Zhenhai Intelligent and South China University of Technology. Professor Huang Shisheng is a second level professor at South China University of Technology and a special allowance expert of the State Council (1991). He has served as Vice President of South China University of Technology (1995-1999) and President of Huizhou University (1994-2001). Professor Huang Shisheng is the founder of modern arc welding inverter theory and technology in China. He pioneered the 50kHz field-effect transistor arc welding inverter internationally, developed multiple IGBT inverter arc welding power sources, and successfully developed more than 10 domestically produced robot welding systems; Four achievements have been included in the national key promotion new product catalog; Published 12 textbooks and works; More than 30 scientific and technological achievements have been appraised at the national, provincial, and ministerial levels; The research results have won more than 20 scientific research awards such as the National Invention Award, Ministry of Education, and Provincial Award, as well as one National Excellent Teaching Achievement Award.
Professor Huang Shisheng will lead an advisory group to provide overall supervision and technical guidance for the research and development projects of the Underwater Manufacturing Technology Joint Laboratory, including underwater robot operation platform, underwater welding power supply technology, micro drainage device, submersible wire feeding technology, underwater multi-source data information exchange, and underwater welding process quality optimization, to assist in the development of the overall solution for Zhenhai Intelligent Advanced Underwater Robot Manufacturing Technology.
